The Leak and Seal Strength Tester (Positive Pressure Seal Tester / Packaging Burst Tester) evaluates seal integrity and seal strength of flexible packages using the positive-pressure inflation method. It performs leak, pressure-hold, creep, burst and seal strength tests on plastic film bags, laminated bags, retort pouches, foil bags, paper-plastic bags, liquid packaging bags, sterile medical packaging and infusion bags. It supports ASTM F1140, ASTM F2054, ISO 11607 and optional GB/T 10004 / YBB, and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, medical device and personal care industries for incoming inspection, QC and process validation.
