The Packaging-Specific Gas Chromatograph is a dedicated instrument for residual solvent analysis in packaging printed materials. Using headspace heating, GC separation and FID detection, it quantifies solvents such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, MEK, IPA and ethanol in laminated films, pouches, paper-plastic prints, inks and adhesives by external or internal standard methods. It supports ASTM F1884, EN 13628-1/-2, EN 14479 and optional GB/T 10004, GB/T 7707, QB/T 2929, GB 31604.23 and YBB, serving food, pharmaceutical, personal care and cigarette packaging industries for QC, incoming inspection, R&D and VOC control.
