The Seal Tester (Seal Integrity Tester / Vacuum Leak Tester) inspects seal integrity of flexible packages using the vacuum negative-pressure method: samples are immersed in water and vacuum is drawn, and continuous bubbling indicates leakage in pouches, seals, valve ports, bottle caps and other closures. It is suitable for plastic film pouches, laminated pouches, retort pouches, foil pouches, paper-plastic pouches, liquid packaging pouches, infusion bags, blister packs, bottles, cans and tubes. It supports ASTM D3078, ISO 11607-1/-2, EN 868, and optional GB/T 15171 / YBB, and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, personal care and electronics industries for incoming inspection, QC, process validation and R&D.
